A dental practice in the immediate vicinity of Fabrègues is looking for its new dental surgeon for a permanent contract.

DNA of the practice
You will be joining a group of three establishments around Montpellier, founded by two partners, one of whom is a dental practitioner and the other a specialist doctor. The structure has a dedicated administrative secretariat, workstations supported by a dental chairside assistant working in pairs, and an on-site manager acting as coordinator. The technical facilities are state-of-the-art. The facility's location guarantees a high patient flow and proximity to a dynamic urban area.

Description and responsibilities
Position focused on developing weekend business. Your main duties will be as follows:
- Provide general practice services exclusively on Saturdays and Sundays
- Develop weekend business and build loyalty among local patients
- Work closely with other practitioners and the administrative team
- Benefit from a high-performance technical platform for diagnosis and treatment
Possibility of access to the surgical suite during the week for those wishing to develop an implant or specialized activity.

Compensation
For this position, you will have a starting retrocession of 30% with increased fees on Sundays and a guaranteed minimum of €3,000 gross for 3 months, with the possibility of development depending on sales.
