A dental practice located in Paris’s 8th arrondissement is seeking a specialist orthodontist (male or female) to establish and grow its orthodontic practice, either as an independent contractor or through a minority partnership.

The Practice
This is a dental practice ideally located in Paris’s 8th arrondissement, which is looking to establish an orthodontics practice and entrust its development to a specialist practitioner. You will work at two state-of-the-art treatment chairs, supported by a dedicated dental assistant, in an environment designed to ensure smooth and high-quality patient care. This position offers the opportunity to build and develop an orthodontic patient base within an already established dental practice. In addition, the practice enjoys a prestigious location in the heart of one of the capital’s most sought-after neighborhoods, with excellent public transportation access.
Compensation
- 50% revenue share up to €40,000
- 55% between €40,000 and €50,000
- 60% between €50,000 and €60,000
- 65% between €60,000 and €70,000
- 70% for revenue of €80,000 or more
- Guaranteed minimum payment during the first 6 months, to be determined based on the number of days
Responsibilities
- Establishing and growing the practice’s orthodontic services
- Providing orthodontic treatment for children, adolescents, and adults
- Fitting and monitoring fixed and removable orthodontic appliances
- Treatment with clear aligners
- Collaborating with the team
