Description and duties You will be working in a dynamic practice with 5 practitioners and 4 assistants on apprenticeship contracts. As a referral assistant, you will be in charge of: - Training and supervising work-study dental assistants. - Managing inventory and scheduling for assistants and dentists. - Supervision of sterilization in accordance with current standards. - Active chairside assistance, particularly in implantology and complete surgery Your cross-functional role is essential to ensure the smooth running of the facility and the maintenance of a high standard of care and organization. Structure DNA You will join a modern dental practice, organized around 5 chairs, oriented towards pedodontics, implantology, omnipractice and surgery. The team is made up of experienced practitioners and trainee assistants, in a professional environment where team spirit and rigor are valued. Protocols are rigorously established, and treatment areas are equipped for efficient and serene practice. Compensation Net monthly salary of between €1900 and €2100, depending on profile and experience.
