Structure DNA
You will be joining a medico-social residence located in the heart of Montfermeil, close to the town hall and shops. The three-storey building boasts a garden planted with trees, as well as a terrace providing a much-appreciated outdoor space for residents. The facility offers 70 single and double rooms, temporary accommodation and a special unit for people with neuro-evolutionary diseases. The residence is APL-approved and authorized to receive social assistance beneficiaries. The multi-disciplinary team works day in, day out to maintain residents' autonomy, with a focus on quality and individualized care.

Description and duties
You will work as a 0.6 FTE coordinating physician. Your main duties will be to
- Coordinating the activities of salaried and independent healthcare professionals working in the residence
- Drawing up and monitoring individualized care plans in conjunction with residents, their families and the multidisciplinary team
- Supervise medical management and contribute to the establishment's quality approach
- Guarantee gerontological care and participate in medical bodies
- Working closely with the nursing team to monitor medical prescriptions

Compensation
For this position, you will benefit from a remuneration of 110 to 130 K€ on a full-time basis, adjusted on a pro rata basis for a 0.6 FTE, with room for negotiation for a very experienced profile, hourly executive status, salary over 12 months including a conventional bonus of 5% paid half in June and half in December and integrating the doctors' revalorisation bonus
