You will work in a modern medical-social residence located in a residential area close to the town hall, shops and public transport, with green spaces. The establishment welcomes elderly people who have lost their independence or are dependent, and offers 84 fully-equipped, customizable single rooms, as well as rooms for temporary stays. The residence has a special unit for people suffering from neuro-evolutionary diseases, to ensure they receive appropriate support. The multi-disciplinary team, supervised by the management team, provides care and essential daily activities, with 24-hour presence and assistance. An individualized care plan is drawn up in consultation with the patient, his or her family and the nursing team.

Description and responsibilities
As coordinating physician, you will be responsible for the gerontological care of residents, and will coordinate the activities of salaried and independent healthcare professionals working at the facility. Your main responsibilities will include
- Drawing up, monitoring and evaluating an individualized care plan for each resident
- Coordination and communication with the multidisciplinary team and private practitioners
- Contribute to the quality approach and geriatric care protocols
- Validation of medical referrals and care plans in conjunction with the nursing team
- Supervision of specific devices in the neuro-evolutionary unit and participation in follow-up meetings
The position is proposed at 0.6 FTE.

Compensation
For this position, your remuneration will be based on a range of 110,000 to 130,000 euros gross per annum on a full-time basis, to be prorated for a 0.6 FTE, salary over 12 months including a 5% contractual bonus paid in two instalments, with room for negotiation for a very experienced profile
