Job Coordinator Physician M/F - Nevers 58 We are looking for a Coordinating Physician M/F to join a EHPAD near Nevers, for a CDI part-time (0.4 FTE). As Coordinating Physician, you will be responsible for the coordinationand quality of careprovided to residents. You will be responsible for organizing ongoing care, participating in specialized committees, and coordinating internal and external teams. You will have a key role in assessing residents' needs and implementing personalized care projects. You will integrate a multidisciplinary team comprising nurses, nurse coordinators and care assistants, all dedicated to the personalized support of the residentsof the facility. This entity, equipped with modern facilities, includes 50 places in permanent accommodation and 2 in temporary accommodation, for a care staff of 32 FTE.
