We are recruiting a dentist M/F to join a modern and dynamic dental clinic located in Strasbourg in Alsace, within the framework of a salaried CDI.
Description and duties
As a dental surgeon, you will join a multidisciplinary team of experienced practitioners (general practice, implantology, orthodontics...). You'll have access to an optimized working environment, a full schedule every day, and a well-pooled patient base. You'll also be free to choose your own treatment plans, with no minimum sales requirement, and you'll be able to place your own implants if you wish.
The position includes a dedicated dental assistant in the chair, and optimal follow-up of your cases thanks to a high acceptance rate for quotes.
Structure DNA
You'll be working for a nationwide group with over 50 dental centers. This recognized network places great emphasis on quality of care, collaboration between practitioners and personalized support for its staff. The facility is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment (Reciproc, optical impressions, 3D, etc.) and offers clinical immersion for new practitioners. Targeted, free continuing training courses are an integral part of the career path, with regular support and coaching.
Compensation
For this position, you will benefit from a salary of 27-30% gross/month, with a guaranteed minimum salary of between €3,500 and €5,000 gross.
