We are recruiting a cardiologist M/F to join a high-end multidisciplinary medical practice located in Antibes, in the Alpes-Maritimes region, as part of an independent installation.
Description and duties
This medical practice offers optimal conditions for your cardiology practice. You'll have a bright, soundproof, 25 m² private office equipped with a water point, full consultation furniture and reversible air conditioning. The center also includes:
- A large waiting room for up to 25 people
. - A treatment room
- A secretarial area with the possibility of individual or shared workstations
. - Private bathroom with PRM access
- A relaxation area with fully equipped kitchen and loggia overlooking the port
You will benefit from an environment conducive to a dynamic liberal activity, in collaboration with other specialists, including a urology practice already on site.
Structure DNA
The practice is located in a fully renovated 210 m² building in the heart of Antibes, in a very busy district. The medical environment is dense, with several pharmacies, analysis laboratories and other healthcare professionals in the immediate vicinity. The store benefits from a 30-meter-long shop window overlooking a wooded park, enhancing its visibility. Particular attention has been paid to the modernity of the premises, with a harmonious layout and comprehensive integrated services for a turnkey practice.
Compensation
For this position, you will have the choice between two terms: a fixed rent of 2,000 euros per month (excluding charges) or a royalty of 15% of sales.
