Job General practitioner - Arcachon 33 We are recruiting a general practitioner for a private practice near Arcachon. Description and duties As part of a medical revitalization project, you will practice independently, with the possibility of working with other colleagues. Your duties will include - Carrying out general medical consultations for the local and seasonal population - Managing your own practice in one of the three available offices - Coordination with other practitioners or light specialties, depending on the chosen configuration - Free organization of the secretariat, with a dedicated space available if desired DNA of the structure The 70 m² building is fully compliant with PMR standards and includes : - A reception area with waiting room - Three consultation rooms, each 15 to 16 m² in size - A dedicated room for a secretary Situated just behind a pharmacy that has been in business for over 20 years, the premises benefit from ideal visibility and a strategic location in the heart of the Bassin d'Arcachon. The premises are to be refurbished for medical use, and the owner is willing to invest in furniture (office, examination table, IT) and to carry out the necessary work within a short timeframe as soon as a concrete project has been validated. Remuneration Self-employed with free fees depending on your activity. Rent is set at €500/month per practice, with the first 2-3 months free of charge to facilitate installation. Additional charges (electricity, water, telephone) are estimated at €200/month. Annual property tax to be shared: €850.
