The premises feature a garden and several terraces for outdoor activities. The facility is spread over two levels and offers 84 individual rooms, which can be customized by residents, and are equipped with storage space and telephone sockets. Bathrooms are individual and adapted for reduced mobility, with walk-in showers and grab bars. The facility includes communal areas where residents and families can meet, as well as two special units for people with neuro-evolutionary diseases, guaranteeing appropriate support. The residence also offers a reinforced support and coordination service for homecare. The establishment is approved for personalized housing assistance and is authorized to receive social assistance beneficiaries. A 24-hour presence and assistance are provided, and a multidisciplinary team supervised by the management carries out an individualized care project drawn up with the resident and his or her family.
