The facility offers permanent and temporary accommodation, day care and a wide range of adapted activities and events. The rooms are spacious and can be personalized, with individual bathrooms adapted for reduced mobility. The multi-disciplinary team, supervised by management, ensures comprehensive care and continuity of care, with a 24-hour on-site presence. Job Coordinator - Saint-Maur-des-Fossés 94 We are recruiting a coordinating physician to join a specialized nursing home located in Saint-Maur-des-Fossés in the Val-de-Marne, on a part-time permanent contract. Description and duties Within this facility for adults with multiple disabilities, you will be responsible for : - Regular somatic monitoring of adult residents, especially those without a regular doctor - Medical coordination with paramedical and educational teams - Drawing up individualized care plans - Participation in multi-disciplinary meetings and in the establishment's care policy - A complementary activity in general medicine or physical medicine and rehabilitation, depending on your specialty You will be accompanied by a nurse coordinator and benefit from a supportive environment, as part of a committed multidisciplinary team. You will work Tuesdays from 09:00 to 18:00 (with a 1-hour break). DNA of the structure The specialized home cares for 56 adults suffering from polyhandicap, ASD, trisomy 21 or neurodegenerative diseases, in boarding or day care.
