Job Occupational Physician M/F - Vitré 35 We are recruiting a occupational physician M/F to join a health structure in Vitré (Ille-et-Vilaine), as part of a CDIà full time. Description As an occupational physician, you will be responsible for: - Conducting occupational health initiatives for member companies. - Advising employers, employees and staff representatives on health and safety issues. - Ensure individual monitoring of employees' state of health, via face-to-face or videoconference consultations - Participate in the traceability of occupational exposure and health monitoring You will work with a dedicated nurse and monitor an average of 6,000 employees from 400 to 500 companies, all from various sectors except construction and public sectors. Structure DNA This regional group, based in Brittany, is recognized for its comprehensive prevention strategy in occupational health. The premises are modern and adapted to welcome employees for consultationsor teleconsultations. Particular attention is paid to collaboration between the various parties involved. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team comprising: - 70 occupational health teams comprising occupational physicians, nurses and preventionists. - 260 collaboratorsincluding 60 to 65 doctorsand 32 nurses. Compensation For this position, gross annual compensation ranges from €102,000 to €122,000, depending on seniority. This corresponds to around €8500 gross per month for a 35-hour weekly contract. This position is open to profiles wishing to work part-time (2 days minimum).
