You will be working with a practitioner who has been in place for a year, with international experience, and who is opening a collaboration for the first time. The practice's technical facilities are expanding rapidly: 1 chair operational today, a second in the coming weeks and a third planned for March. The associate will have his or her own chair and state-of-the-art equipment. The practice is equipped with radiology solutions, an apex, a rotary system and a brand-new scanner. No microscope or cone beam at present, but the structure remains open to investment if required. A secretary manages appointments, sterilization and the technical platform. The practice is located in a dynamic town in the Ardennes department, offering a pleasant living environment and local amenities.
Description and tasks
You will be part of a general practice with the possibility of developing a specialization in endodontics. Your main responsibilities:
- Provide chairside general practice care
. - Take charge of endodontic procedures according to your skills
. - Work in coordination with the practitioner on duty and the secretary
. - Manage your own equipment and organize your practice according to your choices
Organizational information:
- Flexible working hours: full-time, part-time, even one day a week depending on profile
- Prostheses paid for by the candidate; consumables paid for by the structure
- Pleasant clientele and busy schedule: approximately 4 months' lead time on setting up
. - Possibility of chairside assistant if desired
Compensation
For this position, you will have a 50% retrocession up to €30,000 and 60% above €31,000, negotiable depending on experience.
