Job Medical Assistant M/F - Paris 75013 We are recruiting a Medical Assistant M/F to join a multidisciplinary structure located in Paris, in the 13th arrondissement, as part of a full-time CDI. Description and duties As a medical assistant, you will work at the heart of a dynamic and versatile center. Your duties will include: - Fitting medical equipment (ECG, HOLTER, MAPA) - Appointment scheduling and management - Preparing surgeries - Sterilizing equipment and maintaining hygiene standards. - A role as referent for the department, with responsibility for the coordination and smooth running of the department You'll be working with several medical specialties, which will bring richness and diversity to your daily routine Structure DNA You'll be part of a structure located in a dynamic district of Paris, benefiting from a complete multidisciplinary environment. Compensation You will receive a gross annual salary of between €24,000 and €30,000 depending on your level of experience: - 24 to 26k€ for junior profiles (2 to 4 years' experience) - 26 to 27k€ for experienced profiles (5 to 7 years' experience) - 28 to 30k€ for senior profiles (8 years and more) Benefits - 35h full-time permanent contract, Monday to Friday - Progressive remuneration according to experience - Multi-skilled position with a referral role - Shift schedule: 8am-4pm / 10am-6pm / 11am-7pm - Ticket restaurant - Company committee - Individual bonus based on objectives Profile sought A qualified medical assistant or nursing auxiliary, you have 5 to 10 years' significant experience.
