Job MPR Physician M/F - Albi 81 Are you interested in an opportunity in the beautiful, sunny Occitanie region? A healthcare establishment, located in Albi, is recruiting a full-time PRM physician on a permanent contract. The position is also open to a general practitioner wishing to specialize. This multi-purpose facility specializes in a number of areas, including: neurology (spinal cord injuries, cerebral palsy, MS, etc.), musculoskeletal pathologies (traumato-orthopedics, polytrauma, amputees, etc.), care of elderly polypathology patients (PAP)... It boasts recently renovated equipment, to make the exercise of your functions as optimal as possible: 2600m2 technical platform, balneotherapy (several pools), isokinetism, sensory rehabilitation area, etc. It also has 104 full hospitalization beds and 29 day hospitalization beds. You'll be joining a dynamic medical team made up of 3 PRM doctors, 1 general practitioner with a PRM DU and 1 geriatrician . As part of a holistic approach to care, you'll also find a multidisciplinary team, with 30 rehabilitation therapists (physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, etc.), 2 social workers and 50 hospitalization staff (IDE and AS). You will be in charge of your department (approx. 23 full hospitalization beds) and will participate in the development of the medical project, collaborate on cross-functional projects (e.g. certifications), and represent the establishment externally as part of a dynamic care network. You will also take part in specialized consultations. You will be on call on average one week out of five. Don't hesitate to join this fine structure, involved in the quality of care provided to its patients (driving and disability programs, 2 ETP programs, etc.) and eager to provide expertise and advice to local players. For this position, you will receive a minimum salary of €90,000 gross per year, negotiable according to your seniority and profile. The establishment also undertakes to finance the DIU in Rehabilitation Medicine or other courses (DU Appareillage...).
