Job Center Manager - Viroflay 78 Located in Viroflay, a structure created by a group of dentists with 10 years' experience and offering numerous advantages, is recruiting a full-time center manager. You will be responsible for looking after an upscale, loyal and demanding clientele. As part of your job, you'll be required to use Desmos software. Recognized for your managerial skills, you'll be able to bring peace of mind to the head of the center in terms of accounting management, monitoring internal issues, managing premises and recruitment. You'll be at the heart of human resources, as well as being the guarantor of smooth operations on site. They expect you to have a good knowledge of direct billing, excellent interpersonal skills in general, and solid organizational skills to deal with any unforeseen events. In this structure, you will benefit from an optimal working environment: a dental assistant dedicated to the chair, a secretariat to relieve you of administrative tasks, personalized support, training as needed, and top-of-the-range equipment (4 chairs, Cone Beam, Pano, Réciproque, Biotech prostheses). A parking lot will also be made available to you, if you travel by car. For this position, you will receive an attractive remuneration of between €2200 and €2500 net/month, to be negotiated according to profile and with a profit-sharing from one or two years.
