Position description This position, to be filled on a CDIor CDDmanagerial basis, offers an opportunity to join a structure committed to supporting patientssuffering from addictions, as part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary team. Your duties will include: - Medical follow-up and coordination of care to ensure therapeutic continuity - Contribution to the overhaul of the therapeutic project, with ongoing reflection on the average length of stay. - Participation in strategic projects in addictology and in improving care pathways. - Commitment to the establishment's quality and development approach Facility DNA You will work in a 68-bed facility, under the supervision of a Head Physician, and will be involved in the overall care of patients in addictology. The facility is recognized for its humane and collaborative approach, favoring multidisciplinary teamwork. Compensation Your fixed and stable salary will be defined according to your experience and skills, with paid on-call duty (1 night per week and 1 weekend out of 5).
