Job Rural veterinarian - Bretagne We are recruiting a rural veterinarian M/F to join a rural structure located in Brittany, within the framework of an evolving liberal collaboration. DNA of the structure You will be joining an extensive rural practice (over 1,200 customers). Your radius of intervention will be within 2 hours of your home, with occasional trips further afield (these are paid for). The aim will be to give you a small portfolio to start with, so that you can gradually develop your business in these areas and increase your customer base. Description and missions You will be part of an organization focused on supporting breeders and population medicine. Your main tasks will be to - Breeder support and herd health monitoring - Population medicine / BSE and advisory visits - Care visits for diarrhea, health problems and common pathologies - Performance of PSE and other planned visits - No calving, caesarean or surgical services - Audits and expert appraisals: reproduction, milk quality and production, feeding, parasitism, sterilization and disinfection protocols - Possible participation in internal training courses and sharing of feedback from the field Work organization : - Activity equivalent to half time or 2/3 time - Approximately 1 day per week dedicated to care visits - Ability to organize schedule independently with secretarial support On-call duty and emergencies : - On-call duty provided by the veterinarian; emergency team in the process of being set up - In the event of a non-life-threatening emergency, travel possible 2 to 3 days later Compensation For this position, you will have the choice between invoicing per visit or a retrocession of 12% gross of sales.
