Veterinary clinic manager - Saint-Max 54

As part of the development of its business, a referral veterinary clinic in Saint-Max, Meurthe-et-Moselle, is looking for a new clinic manager M/F on a permanent contract.

Terms and conditions

- Full time
- 4.5 days/week
- Approximately 2 Saturday mornings per month
- Telephone control until 11pm, then vital emergencies only

The structure
You will be joining a referral veterinary clinic located just a few minutes from a major university town, with a multidisciplinary team and an organization focused on quality of care. In addition, the clinic boasts spacious, recent premises that encourage specialized, collaborative practice. The team is made up of 11 veterinarians with complementary skills and 18 veterinary assistants, ensuring a good distribution of tasks.

Remuneration
- Remuneration in excess of the collective agreement, negotiable according to profile

Missions
- Ensure clinical management and quality of care within the facility
- Supervise medical organization and care protocols
- Provide leadership, cohesion and motivation for veterinary teams and ASVs
- Manage administrative aspects and the clinic's development strategy
- Participate in coordinating schedules and managing medical emergencies
- Ensure ongoing training and sharing of best practices within the team

Profile required
Veterinary surgeon qualified in France or the European Union, registered or eligible for registration with the Ordre.
