We are hiring a veterinary clinic director (M/F) to join a clinic located in Issoudun, in the Indre department.

- Weekend on-call duty once a month and on-call shifts on certain evenings
The Clinic
You will join a general veterinary clinic located in Issoudun, primarily providing care for companion animals. This clinic maintains a family-oriented and community-focused atmosphere, fostering a calm work environment. The team consists of several veterinarians and qualified veterinary technicians, enabling a collaborative work environment and a reassuring experience for clients.
Compensation
- €100,000 gross/year (fixed + variable)
Responsibilities
- Clinical practice accounting for approximately 80% of the workload
- 20% of time dedicated to clinic management activities (financial management, human resources, and regulatory compliance)
- Define and implement the clinic’s strategic plan in collaboration with central services
- Establish an efficient organizational structure to achieve the project’s objectives
- Ensure the safety and well-being of employees and foster a positive work environment
- Commit the clinic to a process of continuous improvement and medical excellence
- Foster the team’s cooperation with other facilities and stakeholders within the group

Qualifications
