Emploi Vétérinaire rural M/F - Normandie We are recruiting a rural veterinarian M/F to join a rural practice located in Montargis, in the Centre-Val de Loire region, on a freelance basis. ADN de la structureYou will be joining a very extensive rural practice (over 1,200 clients). Your radius of intervention will be within 2 hours of your home, with occasional travel further afield (paid for). The aim will be to give you a small portfolio to start with, so that you can gradually develop your business in these areas and increase your customer base. You will evolve in an exceptional environment, highly appreciated by professionals wishing to reconcile their professional and personal lives. Description and missionsYou will be part of an organization focused on supporting breeders and population medicine. Your main tasks will be as follows:- Supporting farmers and monitoring herd health- Population medicine / BSE and advisory visits- Care visits for diarrhoea, health problems and common pathologies- Carrying out PSE and other planned visits- No calving, caesarean or surgical procedures- Audits and valued expert missions: reproduction, quality and milk production, feeding, parasitism, sterilization and disinfection protocols- Participation in internal training courses and sharing of feedback from the field Work organization : - Activity equivalent to half-time or 2/3 time- Approximately 1 day per week dedicated to care visits- Possibility of organizing one's schedule independently with support from the secretariat On-call duty and emergencies:- On-call duty provided by the veterinarian; emergency team being set up- In the event of a non-life-threatening emergency, travel possible 2 to 3 days after RemunerationFor this position, you will have the choice between invoicing per visit or a retrocession of 12% gross of sales.
