Job Itinerant ultrasound veterinarian - Centre region (15/19/87/16/36/23) We are recruiting a mixed or rural veterinarian M/F, on a self-employed or full-time salaried basis, for an itinerant ultrasound activity in a veterinary structure spread over a large breeding territory around Limoges. Structure DNA You'll be joining a veterinary practice firmly rooted in a dynamic breeding network at the crossroads of several major agricultural departments. The current veterinarian, who wishes to pass on the reins before retiring, will personally oversee your development, providing you with personalized support and friendly supervision. The technical equipment is fully equipped for itinerant practice, and development prospects are open to a veterinarian wishing to become involved over the long term. Description and duties As part of an increase in activity, you will be involved in a high-volume activity in livestock ultrasound. Your main role will be to carry out ultrasound scans aimed at diagnosing and monitoring reproduction: - 90% cattle, 10% sheep, goats and pigs - Diagnostic and reproduction follow-up - Operating area: Charente to Cantal, south of Brive, north of Bourges - Travel assured with vehicle provided - Ultrasound available Please note that a practical and progressive training course is planned to ensure a good grasp of the activity and the continuity of follow-up with breeders. Job Mixed veterinarian M/F - Aurillac 15 We are recruiting a Mixed Veterinarian M/F to join a veterinary practice located in Aurillac in the Auvergne region, as part of a full-time or part-time permanent contract. Description and duties As a mixed veterinarian, you will work in a practice with a 60% rural and 40% canine activity. You will be responsible for : - Carrying out care and medical procedures on farm animals: obstetrics, individual and collective medicine, reproduction monitoring, surgery, trimming, prophylaxis (around 15,000 cattle monitored), neonatology, etc - Provide medical and surgical consultations for companion animals - Carry out fluidotherapy of calves at the clinic, with perfusion plan based on blood gases - Perform approximately 100 to 150 coproscopies per year at the practice - Participate in on-call duty at the rate of one week per month (splitable), with a guaranteed three-day weekend each month A pre-established schedule, drawn up six months in advance, will provide the rhythm for your work. DNA of the structure You'll join a welcoming team of passionate general veterinarians (partners and salaried staff), accompanied by three dynamic, autonomous veterinary assistants. The 350 m² practice is modern and well-equipped, with two separate consultation rooms for cats and dogs, an X-ray room and a full laboratory. You'll have access to Scil Versana, Balance, Draminski i scan2 multi, FUJI digital radiography, IDEXX Catalyst one, Vetstat, Lasercyte and gas anesthesia. The facility encourages support and skills development, and is open to training and medical exchanges. You'll also be able to perfect your obstetrical skills thanks to a high level of calving activity. Compensation For this position, you will receive a salary based on the collective bargaining agreement, with a bonus depending on your profile. A company car is also available.
