A clinic in Montargis, Loiret, is looking for its new urologist M/F for a freelance position.

The structure
This local clinic has been in existence for over 30 years, and was acquired by a group in 2009. It includes a 36-bed surgical and obstetrics center with 36 outpatient places, as well as a 36-bed multi-purpose medical and rehabilitation department. In addition, the facility performs some 6,500 operations a year, mostly on an outpatient basis, and covers a multidisciplinary activity divided between orthopedics, ophthalmology, endoscopy and other surgical specialties. Development projects are underway, with the creation of dedicated orthopedic and cardiology clusters to attract patients from outside the MCO sector.

Remuneration
- Rent ranging from 400 to 600 euros for full-time occupation.

Assignments
- Carry out urological consultations in dedicated practices
- Perform urological procedures in the operating room in available slots
- Develop a patient base outside the MCO
- Ensure post-operative follow-up and continuity of care in coordination with paramedical teams
- Participate in clinical meetings and internal communications
- Possibility of working solely as a consultant, with no surgical activity
