The structure
This is a homecare service operating in the northern Yonne region. The multidisciplinary team includes an occupational therapist, a psychomotricist, gerontology care assistants and a nurse coordinator. Our work focuses on maintaining autonomy, improving patients' quality of life and supporting caregivers. Interventions take place in patients' homes, with a service vehicle provided for professional travel.

Your salary
- From €2,602 gross/month

Duties
- Assess patients' functional and cognitive abilities
- Design and implement personalized therapeutic activities
- Suggest home improvements and technical aids
- Support and advise caregivers
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and exchanges with care partners
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists, gerontological care assistants and nurse coordinators
- Participate in group therapeutic activities such as the memory bistro and animal mediation
