The Practice
You will join a well-established dental practice that has been serving the western Paris area for several decades. As a government-contracted practice, it offers affordable dental care with direct billing, controlled out-of-pocket costs, and no additional fees for services covered by the national health insurance system. The team includes practitioners from various specialties, qualified dental assistants, and a well-organized administrative support staff, led by an operations manager and an external consultant who regularly provides guidance to the practitioners.

Compensation
- Compensation of 33% of gross revenue

Responsibilities
- Providing pediatric dental consultations and treatments
- Establishing and organizing a pediatric dentistry department
- Collaborating with dental assistants and other practitioners at the practice (orthodontists, implantologists)
- Assisting with patient intake for young patients and organizing the schedule
- Implementing protocols tailored to pediatric patients

The dental section occupies 80 m² on one floor of a two-storey building, with two practitioners already in place. Description and missions The structure is looking for practitioners in formats compatible with the current organization. Your main tasks will be : - Provide care adapted to your specialty as part of a multidisciplinary team - Work in collaboration with other practitioners Please note that the position is available on a full-time or part-time basis, with a minimum attendance requirement of 2 days.
