The structure
The project involves the conversion of an old building into a 300 m² healthcare facility, with separate dental and medical services. In addition, the layout provides for a clear separation of patient paths, with dental services at the entrance and medical consultations at the back of the building. The organization will include separate secretariats for each pole to ensure a dedicated reception and smooth administrative management. The premises are designed to encourage inter-professional collaboration and provide a structured start-up for practitioners.

Remuneration
- Retrocession of 30% of gross sales
- Rental model: rent to be defined
- Installation incentive: 2 to 3 months offered

Missions
- Provide pediatric consultations and follow-up for children
- Carry out health and developmental check-ups
- Coordinate care paths with other on-site practitioners
- Participate in the organization and launch of medical activities
- Maintain medical records and communicate with the secretariat
