Description and duties
You will be working in a high patient flow environment, in liaison with a large neighboring hospital structure. You will be responsible for consultations only, supported by a team of assistants and two trainees, in charge of preparing and following up cases
.
Your main duties will include:
- Carrying out pediatric consultations
.
- Providing fast, efficient care for children
.
- Working with the on-site administrative and paramedical team
.
- Mixed activity including on-site consultations and teleconsultation
The practice aims for optimized organization, with short waiting times, extended slots 7 days a week and systematic reception of appointment requests.
Structure DNA
You will be working in a medical facility located in a refurbished townhouse on several floors, offering a warm and dynamic working environment. The facility benefits from a substantial flow of patients, in synergy with the neighboring hospital, and bases its organization on an innovative model: simplification of medical tasks for greater efficiency, while maintaining quality of care. The diary is managed via Doctolib, entirely paid for by the practice.
Compensation
Attractive remuneration including a fixed salary and additional variables depending on activity, to be agreed during the interview according to profile and experience (sector 2).
