An optical store in Saint-Jean-de-la-Ruelle, in the Loiret region, is looking for its new M/F store manager on a permanent contract.

- Full time : 35h per week

The structure
You will be joining a private, not-for-profit group operating in the Centre-Val de Loire region, with 135 establishments and services and almost 1,800 employees. The position is based in a local optical store, as part of a three-person team, and focuses on quality of service and patient support. In addition, the Group offers training and professional support to encourage skills development.
Your salary
- 28,000 to €40,000 gross per year
Missions
- Develop and lead the store's sales policy
- Coordinate activities between different departments and manage sales performance
- Monitor customer files and ensure after-sales service for the services offered
- Manage inventory to optimize turnover and limit unsold stock
- Monitor activity in terms of profitability, margin, productivity and budget, in liaison with the sector manager
- Manage and lead the store team
- Liaise with prescribers and local partners
