We are recruiting an Optician M/F for an optical store in Paris. This structure is part of a nationally recognized network for the quality of its offer and service to customers. Your missions:
- Advise customers according to their needs and ensure their satisfaction
- Carry out eye examinations and adjustments and fittings in the workshops
- Compile the customer's administrative file
- Carry out invoicing and collections and implement third-party payment
- Carry out, on medical prescription, the fitting of eyewear
- Ensure the follow-up of each stage in order to guarantee a quality service
