Job Optician Manager - St Quentin-Fayet 02
We are recruiting an Optician Manager M/F to join an optical store located in St Quentin-Fayet in the Aisne region, as part of a full-time permanent contract.

You will be joining a store belonging to a group owning several franchises, located in St-Quentin-Fayet, close to amenities and easily accessible. Description and responsibilities
You will take operational responsibility for the store and manage day-to-day operations. Your main tasks will be to
- Manage and lead a team of 3 to 5 people
- Develop sales of frames, lenses and related services through an active sales approach
- Welcome, advise and deliver to customers in compliance with regulations
- Manage orders, inventory and supplier relations
- Ensure that the store is properly maintained and complies with quality and safety procedures
- Train and support staff in sales techniques and technical aspects of products
Compensation
For this position, you will receive a salary of €2700 to €3200 gross per month.
