Job Ophthalmologist M/F - Rennes 35
We are recruiting an ophthalmologist M/F to join a structure specializing in ophthalmology and optometry located in Rennes, Ille-et-Vilaine, as part of a salaried contract or freelance collaboration.
Description and duties
You will be working within a network renowned for its expertise in ophthalmology, in an environment designed to simplify your medical practice. You will be responsible for medical ophthalmology consultations, with no obligation to perform surgery, although access to refractive or cataract surgery may be possible via regional partners.
Intravitreal injections (IVT) are performed on site with the support of a nursing team. The work rhythm is organized to optimize your activity, with an average of 50 to 60 patients per day, on days from 9am to 5:15pm. You can work full-time or part-time, with the possibility of working occasionally in partner practices located less than an hour from Rennes.
In-house training is planned on Ophtix software, pending the integration of a business tool developed specifically for the structure.
Facility DNA
You'll be joining a modern, organized facility with excellent coordination between the various healthcare professionals. The organization is focused on the fluidity of the patient pathway and the efficiency of medical practice. You will work alongside orthoptists, nurses and medical secretaries, in spacious premises equipped with a full technical platform, including dedicated IVT rooms and easy access to surgery via partners. Patient flow is constant, guaranteeing regular, well-supervised activity.
Compensation
- For salaried doctors: 650 euros per shift, with a variable supplement of 12-15% depending on activity
- For self-employed doctors: personalized remuneration to be discussed, with the possibility of participation in expenses and investment in the structure
