We are recruiting an ophthalmologist M/F to join an associative healthcare establishment located in Martigues in the Bouches-du-Rhône region, on a full-time permanent contract.
DNA of the facility
This multi-purpose healthcare facility boasts a multi-disciplinary organization spread over two levels, with the medical part on 1160 m² and the dental part on 800 m² accessible by elevator. The site has a free parking lot with around 100 spaces and a stop served by two bus routes, making it easy to get around. A local agreement with the town council helps professionals to find accommodation and places in crèches or schools. A pharmacy is nearby, and a local mutual insurance company with 7,000 members regularly communicates about the site's activities. The establishment's status is that of a private association under the French law of 1901
Description and missions
You will be part of a multidisciplinary medical team and will be responsible for ophthalmological consultations and patient follow-up, in close collaboration with the other specialties present. The necessary equipment is already available on site, and the doctors are supported by care assistants to carry out the initial consultation procedures. Practitioners are relieved of administrative tasks, leaving them free to concentrate exclusively on their medical work. Limited patient flow and full control over billing of procedures
Remuneration
For this position, you will receive a retrocession, the amount of which will be discussed at the time of interview, depending on your experience and working hours.
