We are recruiting a ophthalmologist H/F to join a medical facility located in Bourgoin-Jallieu for a CDI, replacements or shifts.

Description
As an ophthalmologist, you will have the opportunity to work on an ad hoc or permanent basis in our main and secondary practices. You will be required to interpret the results of consultationsperformed by our teams of orthoptists and carry out physical consultations when necessary. Assignments include:
- Interpretation of results from simpleconsultations (refraction, screening, measurement) performed by orthoptists.
- Consultation of patients requiring further assessment.
- Collaboration with orthoptists to ensure optimal patient care.

Compensation
For this position, you will benefit from an attractive remuneration package, to be defined during the interview. If you choose to work on an hourly basis, you'll receive 50 to 60% of sales.

All the conditions are in place for smooth, efficient activity: rooms dedicated to IVT, a technical platform for refractive surgery, and a multidisciplinary team made up of orthoptists, nurses and medical secretaries. This model enables doctors to focus exclusively on their core business, with centralized management and a constant flow of patients. Compensation - For salaried doctors: 650 euros gross per day + 12 to 15% variable depending on activity, i.e. a potential gross income of 1300 euros per day. - For self-employed collaborators: remuneration to be discussed during the interview, with a personalized combination of direct remuneration, participation in charges and the possibility of investment in the structure.
