We are recruiting an ophthalmologist M/F to join a specialized ophthalmology facility located in Amiens in the Somme region, as part of a permanent salaried contract or a full-time or part-time self-employed collaboration.

Description and missions
You will work in a medical establishment organized around medical ophthalmology, and will benefit from technical and administrative support enabling you to focus exclusively on your core business.
You will be in charge of ophthalmological consultations in an ergonomic and structured environment, with the possibility of performing IVTs on site. Surgical activity is not required, but access to refractive or cataract surgery is possible through partner structures.
The working rhythm is optimized for a fluid activity, with an average of 50 to 60 patients per day on schedules ranging from 9:00 am to 5:15 pm. Training in the use of Ophtix in-house software is planned.

You'll be joining a high-performance technical environment, designed to guarantee the quality of care and the comfort of practitioners. The facility has dedicated rooms for IVT, a technical platform adapted to refractive surgery and permanent support from a multidisciplinary team of orthoptists, nurses and medical secretaries. Every effort is made to ensure smooth patient management, in modern premises ideally located close to numerous amenities and with excellent transport links.

Compensation
- For salaried doctors: 650 euros per shift, with a variable supplement of 12 to 15% depending on activity
- For self-employed doctors: personalized remuneration to be discussed, with the possibility of participation in expenses and investment in the structure

Profile sought
Ophthalmologist M/F registered or eligible for registration with the Ordre des Médecins in France, holding a French or European diploma with validated B2 language level. Sector 1 or Sector 2 and 2 OPTAM accepted. Priority given to practitioners not yet established.
