Assignments

- Identify health-risk behaviors and situations
- Recommend adaptations and adjustments to the living environment to promote home care and prevent loss of autonomy

- Support homecare professionals in the choice and use of technical aids
- Cooperate within a multi-disciplinary team with the various caregivers
- Work with residents at the Foundation's two EHPAD nursing homes
