Job Occupational Physician M/F - Montbard 21 We are recruiting an occupational health physician M/F to join an interprofessional occupational health association located in Montbard, Côte-d'Or, on a full-time or part-time permanent contract. Description and missions Your main task will be to look after employees' health by: - Individual occupational health monitoring - Actions in the workplace (AMT) - Advice to employers, employees and their representatives - Health monitoring and traceability of occupational exposure On average, you'll be working with 4,500 employees, in tandem with an occupational health nurse and an assistant. You will have considerable autonomy in organizing your work schedule, with a balanced distribution: around two-thirds of your time will be devoted to individual monitoring, and one-third to AMT. Remote consultations via telecommuting are possible, with a minimum presence of one week per month on site. Structure DNA The establishment is an inter-company association with strong roots in the Côte-d'Or region, supporting over 11,500 employers and 127,000 employees. The network comprises 10 medical centers across the département, with a total of around 140 employees, including 35 doctors. The centers are renowned for their multidisciplinary approach, collaborative environment and modern organization. Compensation For this position, you will benefit from an attractive fixed annual remuneration of between 95,000 and 100,000 euros gross, with possible recovery of seniority.
