We are hiring a nurse (M/F) to join a hospital in Loches, Indre-et-Loire, under a permanent contract.

The Facility
You will join a hospital spread across two sites in Loches: one focused on surgery and medicine, with an outpatient department and emergency room, and the other dedicated to post-acute care, rehabilitation, and long-term care (EHPAD). The team includes an occupational therapist, a dietitian, a social worker, APA coordinators, nurses, and nursing assistants, as well as a referring physician and a coordinating physician. In addition, interventions take place in the rehabilitation room or at the patient’s bedside, as needed.

Compensation
- Compensation based on the FPH pay scale

Responsibilities
- Provide care aimed at maintaining or restoring patients’ health
- Monitor patients’ health status and coordinate care during hospitalization and upon discharge
- Act independently and provide care in accordance with medical orders
- Adhere to the scope of nursing practice and collaborate with nursing assistants
- Mentor and support colleagues and keep professional skills up to date
