Job Emergency Physician M/F - Vénissieux 69 We are recruiting an Emergency Physician M/F to join a hospital located in Vénissieux, in the Rhône department, as part of a salaried or self-employed practice, on a full-time or part-time basis. Description and duties You will work in an emergency department currently handling 30,000 patients a year, with a strong ambition to reach 50,000. You will be in charge of multi-purpose emergencies, with an emphasis on traumatology. On-call duty is organized around several time slots: - 8am to 8pm - 8am to 6pm - 12pm to 10pm - 6pm to midnight - 8pm to 8am You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team of emergency physicians, nurses, orderlies, medical secretaries and receptionists present 24 hours a day. You will also collaborate with the post-emergency medicine, geriatrics, gastroenterology, pneumology and endocrinology hospitalization departments. A level 1 maternity unit with anaesthetist and gynaecologist on call completes the set-up. Structure DNA This modern hospital facility, built in 2018, offers a spacious, bright and ergonomic working environment. The facility boasts 6 operating theatres, a dedicated C-section room and an outpatient endoscopy unit. An 82-bed EHPAD is attached, as is a future SMR service planned for January 2026. The technical facilities include an MRI, CT scanner, conventional radiology and analysis laboratory. Easily accessible via the T4 streetcar terminus or the A7 freeway exit, the facility also boasts free parking. Compensation For this position, you will benefit from an attractive remuneration package, depending on your chosen mode of practice: - Salaried: 124,000 euros gross per year for full-time days (on-call duty paid at 700 euros net including CP), 166,000 euros gross per year for nights (934 euros net per night) - In private practice: you will pay back part of the fixed allowance.
