The Paris facility in which you will be working, which has been open for fifteen years, benefits from a modern environment and a collegial medical organization. The analysis laboratory attached to the facility is recognized for its high technical level and the complexity of the examinations carried out. Operations are based on shared medical decision-making via a dedicated committee, guaranteeing high quality practice and a lasting team dynamic. The facility has a low staff turnover and ensures a practice free of overcharging, with genuine in-house monitoring of patient pathways.
Description and duties
You will work as a general practitioner in a multidisciplinary facility specializing in sexual health and offering an integrated patient pathway. Your main duties will include
- General care of patients in consultation
- Referral and coordination with other specialists on site to ensure a seamless care pathway
. - Collaboration within a collegial medical governance and participation in clinical meetings
- Use and prescription in conjunction with the in-house analysis laboratory for complex tests
. The facility is developing internal pathways for rapid patient referral between medical consultations and other specialties. Opportunities for collaboration exist with complementary specialties present on the site.
Compensation
For this position, you will have a 40% gross retrocession
