A clinical laboratory located in Nice, in the Alpes-Maritimes department, is seeking new laboratory technicians (M/F) for permanent positions.

- Permanent contract
- Full-time
- Lab open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., Monday through Sunday
- Rotating shifts depending on the position (clinical chemistry, bacteriology, pre-analytics)
- Sunday shifts: one technician from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
- Option to work shifts from 6:30 p.m. to midnight on a voluntary basis
The Organization
You will join a modern network of clinical laboratories located on the French Riviera, with a main laboratory facility based in Nice. The on-site team consists of about fifteen people: technicians, secretaries, phlebotomists, a biologist, and support staff. The technicians are versatile and trained to work across all areas: pre-analytics, clinical chemistry, and bacteriology, with a weekly rotation through the various shifts. Communication with human resources and management is seamless, and the organizational structure promotes skill development and versatility among employees. In addition, the laboratory is modern and multidisciplinary, covering hematology, biochemistry, immunology, autoimmunity, immunohematology, and bacteriology.
Compensation
- Up to €34,000 gross per year, depending on experience
- Premium pay for night shifts
- Dialysis bonus: €50 gross per evening (voluntary)
- Holiday bonus: €100 net
- Home visit bonus for in-home care
- Profit-sharing bonus after six months of service
JobResponsibilities
- Analytical processing of samples: hematology, hemostasis, biochemistry, immunology, bacteriology
- Management of the pre-analytical phase
- Management of analyzers and their consumables: preventive maintenance, reagents, and quality control
- Rigorous verification and monitoring of the analytical accuracy of tests
- Collection of biological samples
- Participation in weekend and holiday shifts
- Contributing to the NF EN ISO 15189 quality assurance process
