Our DNA
You'll work in a dental practice with 7 to 8 chairs and a surgery room equipped with a chair dedicated to implantology. The current team comprises six practitioners, five dental assistants, two secretaries and a coordinator. The technical platform is complete. The patient base is varied, including CMU patients and more affluent patients. The practice is located in Rouen, with public transport nearby. The schedule is already full, with a strong flow of new patients.
Description and missions
Two implantologist positions to be filled as soon as possible:
- Full responsibility for implantology procedures, with the possibility of taking over all implantology cases
- Close collaboration with colleagues to ensure continuity of care
- Access to several French prosthetic laboratories, with the option of choosing your own laboratory, average lead time two weeks
- No dedicated assistant immediately, but an assistant can be recruited after a few months once the practitioner has settled in
- Flexible working hours, ideally full-time over four days, with the possibility of 2 or 3 days if no assistant at the outset
- Possibility of accommodating two practitioners
- Possibility of becoming a minority partner
Compensation
For this position, you will receive a retrocession of 60% if the prosthesis is paid for by the practitioner, or 50% if the prosthesis is paid for by the practice
