DNA of the structure You'll be part of a 200 m² dental clinic project located close to the regional hospital and motorways, with restaurants and amenities nearby. The project will open on April 1, initially from Monday to Thursday, with progressive opening on Fridays and Saturdays. The area is classified as FRR and ZRR with tax exemption for 5 years and a low density of practitioners, guaranteeing strong patient demand. The premises include 5 treatment rooms of 15 to 20 m² each (3 omnis rooms, 1 dedicated implantology room, 1 orthodontics room), parking spaces opposite for practitioners and patients, and a complete, new and modern technical platform. The logistical organization allows for one dedicated assistant per practitioner. Description and responsibilities You will work independently (BNC status) and will be in charge of the implantology activity as part of the multidisciplinary team. Your main duties : - Carry out implantology procedures and provide pre- and post-op follow-up for patients - Collaborate with general practitioners and orthodontists to ensure coordinated follow-up - Manage patient relations and billing, using Logos and Doctolib software for appointment management - Help organize the start-up phase of a new project The practice model involves direct payment of treatments by the practitioner, with a share of sales being paid back to the structure. Compensation For this position, you will receive 60% of sales; prosthesis costs will be paid by the practitioner.
