As part of its business expansion, a private hospital in Lisieux, in the Calvados department, is seeking a new hospital pharmacist (M/F) for a permanent position.
The Organization
You will join a private healthcare facility spread across four sites near Lisieux, Deauville, Hérouville-Saint-Clair, and Cricquebœuf. The Lisieux site houses medical and surgical departments. Deauville specializes in orthopedics, neurology, and pulmonology. Cricquebœuf offers general medicine, surgery, home hospitalization (HAD), and addiction treatment (SMR). In addition, Hérouville-Saint-Clair provides home hospitalization services. The central pharmacy serves all sites and works in coordination with the medical and nursing teams.
Compensation
To be determined during the interview, based on qualifications and experience
Responsibilities
- Manage pharmaceutical operations and dispense medications for the facilities served
- Manage inventory, orders, and relationships with suppliers
- Validate hospital prescriptions and promote the proper use of medications
- Oversee sterilization operations and ensure the quality of sterilization processes
- Ensure the traceability and safety of products, particularly chemotherapy drugs on site
- Collaborate with medical, paramedical, and logistics teams
