We are recruiting a Health Executive or IDEC H/F to join a medical-social establishment located in Nevers in the Nièvre region as part of a CDI statut cadre
ADN of the structure
You will work in an 89-unit EHPAD belonging to an associative group born of a merger of associations and now integrated into a large national group. The organization has around a hundred establishments and several dozen EHPADs spread across the country, with a total workforce of around 3,000. The head office is based in the Paris region. The organization values residents' life projects, quality and safety of care, and offers a working environment that encourages professional development. An evolution towards a wider perimeter coverage is planned in the coming months. The current software is NAGOSENIOR, with a planned migration to Titan
.
Description and duties
Reporting to the facility director and working with the coordinating physician, you will be a member of the management committee. Your main duties will be to:
- Lead and supervise the care team through recruitment, integration, training and assessment
. - Develop and implement the facility's care project
. - Ensure that residents are cared for in accordance with the group's values and life and care projects
. - Ensure that care procedures and protocols are implemented to ensure safe care
. - Maintain ongoing links with families and external partners
. - Participate in monitoring the consumption of the care allocation
The position is to be filled immediately and is a fixed-term contract with 210 days worked per year
Compensation
For this position, you will receive a gross annual salary of between 42,000 and 48,000 euros over 12 months, including Ségur bonuses. The 5% conventional bonus is included in the salary and is paid 50% in June and 50% in December. Reprise d'ancienneté selon la convention collective 51
