The position involves integration into a regional geriatric care system, and provides access to a professional support program and a full range of training courses.

Description and duties
You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team at two sites in the department, and will be responsible for clinical and organizational tasks such as :
- Medical management of elderly patients in consultation and in care units
- Coordination of the care pathway with the nursing team and partner services
- Participation in the development of shared care activities and regional projects
- Contribute to the training and integration of young practitioners
- Participate in medical on-call duties related to the sector's location and care offer

Compensation
For this position, you will receive between €8,000 and €10,000 net per month, to be defined at the time of interview.

Job Geriatric Doctor M/F - Cahors 46 We are looking for a geriatric physician M/F, or a general practitioner, to join a medical team near Cahors. This salaried position offers a unique working environment within a structure combining an EHPAD and a multi-purpose SMR, where close collaboration between various healthcare professionals is encouraged. The SMR clinic has around forty beds for full hospitalization, and you will be in charge of mainly elderly patients, requiring special attention for both care and social support. Your role will include autonomous management of your schedule, with a minimum requirement of 4 days per week. You will work as part of a team comprising a coordinating doctor, physiotherapists, care assistants, health managers, social workers, occupational therapists and psychotherapists.
