Job - General practitioner - Tarbes 65

A home hospitalization facility located in Tarbes, in the Hautes-Pyrénées, is looking for its new general practitioner M/F for a permanent contract.

Terms and conditions
- Permanent contract with executive status
- Full or part-time
- Possibility of starting on a fixed-term contract
- Monday to Friday
- Telecommuting possible on certain days

The structure
You will be part of a territorial health group operating home hospitalization and territorial coordination activities around Tarbes. The group regularly collaborates with hospital professionals and local partners to develop palliative care and homecare projects. The team is made up of medical and paramedical professionals with whom you will be working on a regular basis.

Remuneration
- FEHAP 51 collective agreement, to be defined according to profile and experience
- 10 days RTT
- Annual bonus equivalent to approx. 5% of salary
- Bimonthly on-call duty for HAH (approx. €1000 gross)

Duties
- 70% office coordination and 30% home visits
- Definition and follow-up of the patient's medical project at home
- Adaptation of treatment according to clinical progress
- Coordination with care teams and healthcare partners
- Participate in staff meetings and communications
- Follow-up of medical records and monitoring of care quality
- On-call safety duties
- Assessment of team performance and participation in medical and institutional projects

We've got just what you're looking for: a self-employed position within a group practice integrated into a multi-professional health center. The structure's DNA You'll work in a group practice (SCM) located in Tarbes' ZAC zone, with easy access and private parking reserved for practitioners. The practice occupies 175 m² and offers bright, functional premises. In addition, the space comprises four medical offices, each measuring around 20 m², a meeting room used for coordination and by the medical assistant, and two separate waiting rooms. The facility is a member of a multi-site Maison de Santé Pluriprofessionnelle (multi-professional health center) associating several healthcare professionals, promoting coordinated care and inter-professional exchanges. The current team comprises 2 orthoptists, 2 midwives, 2 speech therapists, 1 nurse, 2 medical secretaries and 1 part-time assistant. Description and duties Your main duties will be as follows: - Provide general medical consultations, including monitoring chronic patients and dealing with unscheduled emergencies - Participate in the coordination of patient care within the MSP and collaborate with other healthcare professionals - Contribute to coordination meetings and to the MSP's medical project - Guarantee continuity of care in conjunction with colleagues in the practice and organized on-call duty between doctors Please note that the practice is open from Monday to Saturday. It is a dynamic group practice, organized as an SCM and a member of an MSP that groups together several professionals throughout the town. The 175 m² premises offer comfortable, functional working conditions. You'll have access to a fully-equipped 20m2 office, south-facing for plenty of natural light. The site includes two separate waiting rooms for infectious and non-infectious patients, as well as a meeting room used for MSP coordination. The MSP includes orthoptists, midwives, speech therapists and private nurses on different sites. Description and responsibilities You will join a team of 3 doctors, supported by 2 medical secretaries on duty all day and 1 part-time medical assistant. Your main tasks will be : - Provide general medical consultations - Participate in shared scheduling and continuity of care with colleagues - Contribute to the MSP's medical project and coordination activities Consultations are by appointment only, with morning slots for acute requests. The practice is open from Monday to Saturday lunchtime, and Saturday consultations are by appointment only. Compensation For this position, you will receive 100% of your turnover. Expenses will be discussed at the time of interview, depending on your time and activity.
