Job General Practitioner M/F - Argenteuil 95

A group of around one hundred multidisciplinary establishments is recruiting a General Practitioner M/F, for its pole located in Argenteuil. On a full-time CDI basis, you will work 40 hours a week.

As part of your job, you will be responsible for managing patients in scheduled and unscheduled care, collaborating with medical assistants and nurses, and carrying out preventive and therapeutic education activities. With a sector 1 agreement, this structure can set up a complete technical platform dedicated to minor emergencies, depending on the needs of the municipality. You will also be able to give teleconsultations on the premises. Please note that cubicles are 15m2 on average, and computer tools are available.

This structure is experimenting with the Swedish system, which aims to lighten the load on emergency services and improve patient care through a preventive and educational approach. Thanks to capitation, an annual flat-rate system determined by Social Security according to the patient's health profile, patients benefit from medical follow-up within the limits of their package. This system encourages a proactive approach to health, prompting patients to seek medical advice before illnesses appear.
