A group comprising approximately 100 multidisciplinary medical centers is hiring a General Practitioner (M/F) for its facility in Argenteuil. This is a full-time, permanent position (CDI) requiring 40 hours per week.

As part of your role, you will be responsible for providing care to patients for both scheduled and unscheduled appointments, collaborating with medical assistants and nurses, and carrying out preventive care and therapeutic education initiatives. As a Sector 1-accredited facility, this practice can set up a fully equipped technical center dedicated to minor emergencies, depending on the municipality’s needs. You will also have the opportunity to conduct teleconsultations on-site. Please note that the examination rooms average 15m² in size, and computer equipment is provided.

This facility is piloting the Swedish model, which aims to reduce the burden on emergency services and improve patient care through a preventive and educational approach. Thanks to the capitation system—an annual flat-rate payment determined by Social Security based on the patient’s health profile—patients receive medical care within the limits of their coverage. This system encourages a proactive approach to health, motivating patients to seek care before illnesses develop.
