About the Practice
You’ll be working at a well-organized facility dedicated to minor urban emergencies, staffed by 2 to 3 partner physicians. A support organization handles human resources, recruitment, accounting, and logistics. The center features a fully equipped technical facility with on-site radiology and ultrasound services. Additionally, the practice is located in a well-connected Parisian neighborhood, offering easy access to public transportation and local amenities. The work environment is structured and focused on streamlining patient care pathways, allowing you to concentrate on patient care, avoid administrative burdens, work within a well-organized team, and practice in a dynamic setting with a high volume of patients.
Description and Responsibilities
You will be part of an optimized care pathway based on the delegation of tasks. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Conduct clinical assessments of patients
- Make diagnoses
- Prescribe and initiate appropriate treatments
- Work closely with nurses on technical procedures and additional tests
- Coordinating patient care with the administrative staff who handle patient intake, file management, and billing
The facility is open Monday through Saturday, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
As part of a contract to cover for a private practitioner, you will see 5 to 6 patients per hour during 4-, 8-, or 12-hour shifts.
Compensation
For this position, you will receive 40% of gross revenue. If you opt for a private practice replacement position, you will receive 60% of gross revenue.

Qualifications
General practitioner licensed in France or the European Union, registered or eligible for registration with the French Medical Board, with a desire to work at a fast pace.
