Description and duties
You will set up your own practice on the 1st floor adjoining a pharmacy, in the heart of a well-served neighborhood.You will share the premises with an existing colleague, and will take over an abundant patient base, fueled by:
- The retirement of two local doctors

- The arrival of 300 new homes in the immediate area
.
- Your activity will include: general medical consultations, follow-up of chronic pathologies and prevention. You will retain full control of your organization (diary, quotations, working hours).
ADN of the structure
The bright, air-conditioned practice is located in a recent building with an elevator and nearby parking. The medical environment is complete: pharmacy on the first floor, laboratories and radiology within walking distance. You'll enjoy a lively neighborhood linked by bus and streetcar, 15 minutes from the Promenade des Anglais.
Compensation
All your sales retained.
Monthly rent: 850 € for 15 m² / 1,200 € for 25 m² (including utilities).

Profile sought
General practitioner with French or EU qualifications, registered or eligible for registration with the Conseil national de l'Ordre des médecins. Motivated to start a long-term practice in Nice.
